Print comfig error 0x8007007e

Printer will not print "photos" from computer but will print other docs. Can paste photo in word doc and will print the word doc. Internet help said go thru steps and find "x64old". That file is not there in driver file. "x64 is there. Instructions said to contact microsoft or computer manufacturer if x64old not found. This is on desktop but laptop will print the pics! Thanks for any help!

Drivers on laptop are exactly the same as the desktop being IA64 and x64. Not sure if the I is I or what. No x64old. That being said didn't check every item listed under each of these in the folders. Have and continue to search the internet. Thanks for your input.

check the laptop for "x64old" and if you find it copy it to the desktop in the same folder that you found it in the laptop. Create a new folder if you have to. I have done is several times to other programs that fail on one computer but work on another.
