I use my 3d printer to create accessories and replacement parts. I designed a water fill adaptor so that the water hose wont keep falling out as I fill the fresh water tank. Many public libraries have 3D printers available for use. Contact your local library.
You take a quick 'how to' lecture, download the file from Thingiverse, slice it and print. They generally charge about $.05/gram. This part might cost you a dollar and you had fun making it.

I use a narrow tapering brass nozzle on my hose -- it looks like a miniature fire hose nozzle. It sticks a few inches into the fill port and will not fall out. But I like your design better -- well done!
