CORRECT and you don't have to have the XXL plan to get the 2GB/line bonus data, the safety mode option, carryover data, or ability to change plans back and forth (there is a number limit of doing this per month). I have all this with my XL plan since it first came out and have experienced once the safety mode operation. As Bill has indicated it is NOT 3G and TRUST ME it's slower than a snail and is virtually useless.
