This is the posting of the MH accident. I wonder what type or model of dash cam?

The quality of the dash cam is good IMO. I've been looking for a dash cam.

If you have a dash cam and it takes this good of pic, what type and model is it?

Thanks

Also have a GW1, however, I use the GW1-C which is a capacitor unit, no battery, which solves the hot car issue. Works great and has for a year.

Have had a couple of different cams one of which was the ojo805. The hot interior of the car got to both of them rendering them useless. Have had a Garmin 20 for a year now with no issues at all. The pics are great and the viewer software is easy to use with all the info you require.

Another vote for the Garmin Dash Cam 20. Small with a great picture.

I use a Mobius Action Cam. 1080P resolution (or less if you want). Very small and light.

Take a look at the Garmin Dash Cam 20. A bit pricey but Garmin quality and performance. Best price I have found is Costco on line. Comes with the mini SD card.

I have had very good luck with the G1w and have used it a lot. Check out the Dash cam talk there is a lot of good things there.

I started with a $17 special. it was a piece of cr@p. it looked like the one in the previous post. then I bought this one, probably because of iamichabod's recommendation, and it was $50 well spent.
I just had an issue of it not sticking to the windshield. after many haphazard "fixes" I noticed that the rim/edge of the suction cup was stuck to the plastic mount and it couldn't get a "bite" on the window. pulled that apart and works like a charm.

I got one of these: Dash Cam for $15 and it does everything I need a dash cam to do. It comes with everything you need except an SD card.
