"Free" Shipping

Just got a kick out of this...I was ordering several items online for CW when I kept getting charged for shipping, when after $75 (order was over $100) shipping was free. I spoke with an online chat assistant, who told me I was being charged $10 shipping for (4) dining room table placemats that cost.97 each. Yet, I have chairs, a table and several other large items in my order that have free shipping. Seriously? LOL

    That looks to have been a mistake in our system. We can sell you that item with free shipping. Could you send me a private message with your phone number so I can follow up with you?

    It says on the website that this item is not eligible for the free shipping but it's certainly not clear why. Some things, like those that have to ship via freight, it's pretty clear, but not this one.

    Uh, no. I'm not spending $10.00 for placemats that cost 97 Cents. I think I can do without those...lol
