Remove flat screen TV.

I ran into this with our new Forest River trailer; couldn't figure out how to get the TV off the mount. I emailed FR and they sent back a picture of a special mount that they make. It is a plate with slotted holes, attached to the back of the TV that aligns with special bolts in the wall. You lift the TV upward and it comes off the bolts. Try lifting the TV upward and see if your mount is similar.

Had a similar issue with my 2014 Winnebago 5th wheel. There wasn't enough room for me to look up underneath to see how it was mounted. Turned out the TV simply slid onto the mount from the top. There was a short strap attached to the TV's mount and the wall that kept the TV from being able to lift out. I had to use a very short 2" screw driver to remove the screw that held one end of the strap in place. The TV simply lifted up and out after that.

Camping World couldn't figure it out either...frustrating. I will go to the Winnebago site and see if anyone can give me an idea of what to do.

I had the same problem with my flat screen in the living room but it was because the mounting panel was fabricated by the trailer manufacturer instead of a real tv mounting outfit like Sanus. I had to remove the television and cut some new holes in the mounting plate to give me access. Wasn't a big deal- maybe took an hour.

I bet the nearest Camping World center could answer that question.....maybe for free since you are a member.

Call Winnie and ask them if there's a hidden screw that you simply don't see. Usually there's an access plate near where the existing wiring goes in. Sometimes these screws are difficult to see....Dennis
