Hawkings Smart Repeater inside attached to Hawkings amplifier attached to a Hawkings dipole on the roof. Works for me. Regarding the Hotspot, not all CG's have good cellular reception either. So I also have a Wilson electronics cellular amp attached to a Wilson cellular trucker antenna on the roof.
Sometimes all of that doesnt work due to poor cellular coverage and poor wifi equipment at the CG. Then walk up to the office and connect with your laptop. Last year the cg I was at had poor wifi however my equipment picked up a nearby hotel and I streamed netflix. Its an adventure....
