S&T Road Construction Updates

My S&T 2013 has shown changes in construction locations over the past year, and has been fairly accurate as those construction zones I've driven through have changed.

The problem as always is that the states are slow to report the data, and often show construction on an entire contracted stretch of road which can be 40-50 miles long when the actual construction is only 5 miles at a time.

The construction can be completed early, or late - yet the reported time frame for the construction is just the contract dates.

My 2011 and 2013 both lead you to believe that it is updating but there is no way to tell if it really did. Is there? I know for quite some time it was not working. It showed like it updated but really didn't.I could not find the site I saw it on.
