Samsung Galaxy 4 App For Image Magnification?

Would love to download something that would give me 10X magnification of electronic parts. Is there an APP somewhere for this? Keep in mind my connection speed is measured with a sundial. Google Playstore complains the server does not respond via telephone microwave link.

    Sometimes you can long press on a picture. Save Image. Then goto your Gallery to view picture. It's then possible to pinch/zoom from your Gallery. In a few cases I have taken a screenshot. Then goto Gallery for pinch/zoom.

    It has several functions including magnification
    It works really well, I usually have zoom out when I use it the default is to much magnification
