ScanDisk Clip+ will not play M4b converted to MP3

I've never heard of 2GB MP3 audio files? You need to find out exactly what format and the encode settings of the MP3 file? A free app for doing so on PC is MediaInfo. Enables right-click on any media file.

I would recommend re-encoding the files to MP3 using the Freeware Any Video Converter (AVC).
