Sceptre, Cielo, Seike, RCA or JVC LED LCD HDTVs questions

Sceptre, Cielo, Seike, RCA or JVC LED LCD HDTVs questions
I may be looking for a new flat screen LED LCD HDTV 24” - 29” for our motor home. I am seeing some good pricing on some brands I have not heard of. Any good or bad info on the following brands, Sceptre, Cielo, Seike, RCA or JVC LED LCD HDTVs? Of course I have heard of RCA, but I’m not sure who makes them now. Dick
  • I prefer the top line models at home as they typically have more inputs, outputs, features etc.

I did buy a 32 Sceptre for about 200 last year for the RV and it does great for our use there.
  • I don't notice much difference in picture quality among most brands, properly setup, so the question comes down to long term reliability IMO. You can get an extended warranty with Square Trade, and still less expensive in many instances than the name brands.
  • I"ve had good luck with JVC in the past but currently using Sony and loving it.
  • JVC is a pretty decent brand. My top choices would be Samsung and Panasonic. Based on personal direct experience Sony, Vizio, and Sharp would not be....
  • Those are all bottom of the line TVs, similar to your Visio you asked about in another posting. Get a Samsung, Sony or LG and you'll be much happier, even though your billfold will be a little lighter!
