Secure way to purchase on line? not

All I can say is wow, just wow, all what IS in these privacy policy's.

I went to sign up for Visa Checkout. My bank claims this is done under layers and layers of protection when purchasing on line with your debit card or credit card.

I started to read the privacy policy for Visa Checkout and half way through it states that 'visa checkout' sells your info to each and every place you purchase which can and does include your card number and personal info. And then states you are on your own with what that company's privacy policy is.

AND THEN

Way near the end of the policy I get to the part that Visa Checkout gives 'Google' all your info including your card number etc. and then states that you are on your own with what google will do with your info based on 'their' privacy policy.

So a new way to pay on line with 'layers and layers of privacy' from your bank means squat once you sign off to join 'visa checkout' AND that you ultimately also agree to let Google have your info.

Google, they give info off your bank card to google!:S

Boy you just have to read these privacy policy's all the way thru 'before' you click on anything. They are counting on that you won't.
