SuperFlex Rubber Roof Coating - Backorder Problem
On February 11, 2016, we ordered 2 pails of the Superflex Rubber Roof Coating (item #80299) and one pail of the primer (item #80297). We knew that it was backordered, but we expected it to return to stock soon.
The primer delivered in a somewhat timely manner.
On March 11, 2016 I sent an email to customer service about why the roof coating had not yet arrived. They replied with a very plain email stating that it was backordered and had not yet arrived back in stock. They advised waiting 4-6 weeks for backordered items. Well, OK.
On March 22, 2016, I sent another email inquiring about the order status. They replied with basically the same information.
Here we are on April 4, 2016 and have not received the product. Nearly 2 months has gone by and I can't even get a reasonable response. I've bought from Camping World both online and the store and many occassions and have never experienced such trouble.
I'd like some help on this matter. Camping season is coming up and we'd like to perform this maintenance work before we start heading out.
