While AT&T has been listing more availability of the Mobley OBD powered hotspot, the coveted "Connected Car" $20/mo unlimited 4G/TE plan is no longer offered. I've seen a few offered on eBay at highway robbery prices though. I don't think T-Mobile has anything to rival that plan yet.
