Tire Cover Order

I ordered 2 sets of tire covers for my motorhome back on 4/18/17 and as of today I still have not received them. When I ordered them they was in stock, but I got an email a day later saying they are back-ordered. I have received several emails over the 6 week period saying they are back in stock, but again I have not got them. I have sent several emails to Camping World and each time they say the tire covers are back-ordered even though Camping World website shows them in stock. The last email was a week ago and it said it should take 4 to 6 weeks for back-ordered items to ship. The order info says they will be shipped direct from manufacturer so I have never got any shipping info.

Can you help me????

    NO - CW took my money the day I made the order and I want it processed.

    A retailer should not take your money until the item ships. CW is wrong to do that.
  • I got a reply back and the covers are supposed to be here tomorrow. We will see.

    I caught them on sale which was considerably less than Amazon or eBay. It was two sets for the price of one from Amazon.
