TV Antenna
What would be a good replacement brand for a plain old over the air antenna for the RV. Just your old standard RV antenna. Thank you

I do not like the wingman or bat wing. It does not do good in windy conditions. Mine broke from high winds plus with the digital signals the Jack works the very well. I see winegaurd make one just like the jack.
Like it or not, the Winegard Sensar IV or an older Sensar with a Wingman add-on is still the best OTA antenna made. If you were in winds high enough to do damage you should have lowered the antenna. The same can be said for satellite TV antennas. I would rather have the better reception 99.9 percent of the time knowing I might be inconvenienced on rare occasion by high wind.

If you don't have a crank up antenna A good replacement for it would be

Ours does not crank up its stationary and only points in one direction. Its real low to the roof. would the Wineguard fit on that post?

The Wingman add-on does not make the Sensar (batwing) "high definition/digital", it does increase the signal gain of the built-in UHF antenna section though. Even an old pair of rabbit ears or a paper clip is capable of receiving "high definition/digital" programming if the signal is strong enough. Radio signals are radio signals...
