two wireless networks?

My RV PC (Windows 7 professional) has 2 network adapters. One's internal and one is USB.

Here's what I want to do:
Install 2 wifi Wemo switches to control 2 TV's.
Install a Echo dot.
Use one of my adapters, "adapter 1", for those devices by setting up a network with the dot and the wemo switches on it.

Then use my 2nd adapter "adapter 2" for hooking to a campground (or at home) wifi network for internet.

Then set my PC to let other devices (the dot and wemo's) to use its' internet connection through "adapter 1".

Can the PC let devices on "adapter 1's" network, use its' internet connection on "adapter 2"?

NOTE: I also have a router and cable modem installed that we use when we camp for a month. Those times we just have cable hooked up and pay for high speed internet using the modem and router. Other times we go someplace for a week and just use the campground wifi.

I'd like to set the Echo and wemo's up one time on their own network and be done with them. The dot has to have internet to work so the 2nd adapter could use campground wifi or my phones' hot spot.
  • there are several Open Source router programs that should do what you want. Take a look at Connectify and Virtual Router

What I do.. NOTE: does not always work

I have a NanoStation Wi-Fi adapter feeding a standard "Home type" router. EVERYTHING TVs (Well DVR's TVs do not connect Laptops. Desktop. Tablet and Smart phone all connect to said router.

The NanoStation connects the router to the park,. NOTE: The park I'm at now has very poor wi-fi.. I got it to work well one week but they,.. Fixed it... Now I have no luck at all.

It will work with the phone as hot spot.

Since I only watch recorded TV on the DVR"s hardly ever live controlling the DVRs is the same as controlling the TV.. I can do that with I/R (The phone can do that too) or via a web page on the Desktop (it then sends commands via the LAN to the DVR's) all the features "Only our VERY EXPENSIVE subscription service lets you do" (Paraphase of ads) for 25/year (And that's just for the Electronic Program Listing. If I run the DVR's in VCR mode (NO program guide) I'd not need or pay for that. But it is handy)
