I just updated my Rand McNally 7735 that I have had for a year & half. 1st update and the first question was confusing so I called the 800 number. Excellent support from Rand McNally. The guy walked me completely thru the process telling me what to click etc. and it worked flawless. When I clicked download it said 35 minuets. He said when it finishes it will say transfer, so click it and it will download to the GPS. I thanked him & hung up. It took about 35 minuets to download into the computer and 35 minuets to load into the GPS.
After completing, I ran the GPS to see if I could see any changes. On the POI, I clicked on parking & rest areas. All the Wal Mart stores listed now say either "night parking OK - notify mgr" or "contact mgr". Nice adder if you Wally Dock as it was not on the original.
