What is wrong with the Customer Service number?

We ordered a propane detector online and installed it. It is defective. As soon as you connect it to power it begins a solid shrieking beep.

Need to return it.

Tried calling the customer service number 4 times in the last two days, and had a 45 minute wait each time, before the call disconnecting.

We want to return it. The nearest store is 2 hours away.
