Win 10 - finding Removable Hard Drive?
Back in the old days with Win 7 I just clicked 'my computer" and the drives popped up. I got roped into Winn 10 and now have what i think is an embarrassing question. If i stick a Thumb Drive/SD...

On my computer in teh quick-start tray is a file folder. This is "My Computer" of old..
Clicking on it brings up a pair of frames. Right frame is what Microsoft things we want to see the most or the folders we use the most (not sure which) and below that (Scroll down) is "Recent documents and files".. very useful
in the LEFT frame there are a bunch of options. ONe Drive, Drop box and THIS COMPUTER
Click on THIS COMPUTER
And you are where MY computer used to take you in one step
Does this help.. Your removable drive, (For example my cell phone) will now be in the Main frame... As is my CD/DVD RW Drive and the computer's internal Hard Drive. If you need screen shots.. advise and I'll snap some and mark them up for you. In fact.. I will see attached if it attaches.
You may need to expand the photo (Drawing) a bit to make it visible but there are 3 screen shots on one 8.5x11 page.
