E-450 uses a Dana axle, 70 or 75 I think. But the brakes are Ford's choice. I let the alignment shop that did the work find the parts for my 2003 chassis. Pads were not yet worn out at 35K miles, but had been scorched by calipers hangung up. Replaced the calipers with an improved model, as the OEM for 2003 era was prone to pistons sticking on vehicles stored for long periods in wer weather (not a problem if regularly used).
