Ac fan won't shut off

I have a 2002 Winnebago Journey 32t. It has the 2 stage Coleman Mach basement AC. This past week, while running the generator / or plugged into electric, the AC fan came on with the ac set to off and the fan set to auto, the fan runs continuously. The fan should not run with the ax set to off unless the fan is set to on. It used to work this way. After the first time, I removed the fuse in the thermostat and the fan stopped. But now that no longer works. I have replaced the thermostat and this did not resolve the problem. Not sure what to look at next.

    possibly a pinched control wire from the tstat down to the unit,as said before a stuck relay could be it also,an easy way to check is to unplug the stat, if it goes off its in the stat where its shorted.jg

    Could be stuck contacts on a relay or contactor. Actually, make that 'probably' the cause.
