I love them. They come with common reminders and some you can write on yourself. They wrap around the steering wheel so you are definitely reminded before you pull out.
A cheap alternative to these are snap bracelets. It's the exact same concept.
For for "Before pulling out..." I can't help but admit, the inner 13 year old in me is giggling.
I always do a walk around and my wife oversees the hitching up to ensure that all happens. I'd like a checklist, but I'm not certain that I'd use it even if I had it.
