- SherriBExplorerThank you!
- Georgew48ExplorerThey go in the door latch to keep the doors open when the refer is turned off. Keeps ordors from forming in a closed refer that is not running. You slip them in the door catch and then close the door until the mate up with the refer latch.
- amxpressExplorerThey are used to keep the refrigerator & freezer doors open when your RV is not being used and the power is off. It keeps mold and stinky odors from forming inside which can happen if the doors are kept closed after shutting off the fridge.
A tab on the clip slides behind the fridge door handle which holds it in place, when the door closes, the clip hits the fridge and keeps the door open. - fla-gypsyExplorerAs stated, meant to keep the fridge open when not in use.
- 3LittleDucksExplorerJust be careful when installing them, we put ours in, as per direction, and it ended up snapping of one of the plastic tabs on the actual latch (not right away, but by the next time we went out), could have to do with the frigid temps and the plastic becoming brittle.
- Yeti_plusExplorerRemember to remove them and properly shut the fridge and freezer doors before moving the trailer. :S The voice of experience. Fortunately the cab over part of the camper stopped the doors from swinging too far.
- mlts22ExplorerMake sure to not to lose those positioning cards. They are impossible to find/replace.
