Help!!
My dh is camping right now. He had his RV hooked up to shore power for the last few days. But now it seems that the batteries are drained according to the battery level gauge (plus the water pump dims the lights when it goes on). Is that normal? Is there a way to hook up the batteries (do we need to add a converter? We have a converter, but maybe it's not working anymore???) so that they are recharged when on shore power?
We have two generators. The manual says to disconnect the batteries and use a hydrometer to test the battery levels. Does everyone do this before recharging their batteries with their generators?
