Thank you all for the thoughts. Sorry it took me so long to respond. After looking pretty much everywhere and studying the fairly useless owner's manual, I decided it had to be one of the valves under the sink. I determined one valve was for the siphon hose so ruled it out. I chose the one farthest from the water heater and it happened to be the correct one.
