Need Amazon Help!

I actually had no luck the one time I needed to return something using the automated return features. But when I called, I got a ver helpful person and it was done in less than 15 minutes

X2, and Amazon has the game rigged to discourage phone calls, though you can do that if you want. Normally, all you need to do is request a return online and state the reason as I noted above. The speed at which you get a reply may depend on whether the item was shipped from an independent seller (like us) or if it was fulfilled by Amazon (FBA), ie, it was shipped from one of their warehouses. I say this because a lot of sellers are closed on the weekend and won't reply until Monday.

How do I contact Amazon for customer service?

I can't find a phone number, an email 'contact us', nothing.

Bought item from Amazon that's much different from the picture and need to return it. I get as far as the page where I select which order the item was in, but from that point on NONE of the buttons work. Can't select the order, can't select the item, can't do anything but hit the top right red-X-box to close the web page.

I've been a seller on Amazon for about 4 years and normally what you would do is request a return through your Amazon order panel. You can try to contact them but we normally do is tell the customer to request a return through Amazon and state the reason. It's an automated process.
