We bought 6 years ago when the kids were 9 and 11. We bought a class c with twin beds in the back and a solid door on the bedroom. With a boy and girl we knew we wanted them to have their own beds.
The dinette makes into a bed and we sleep up on the over cab bed.
The kids have not brought along a friend in the 6 years we have been rving, but we have had grandmothers along several trips.
We have talked about what our next rv may be, but for the time being we are happy with our 27 foot C.
We have each used the RV for adult trips, him fishing with the guys, her camping with the girls.
I work 6 days a week now, and it is hard to get away, but we do not regret buying and having the opportunity to head out at a moments notice.
Once both kids are gone and our mother's do not travel with us, we may look for a smaller rig, or keep this one,
