Sounds like you are connected to city water source via a hose.......
The pump internal check valve is leaking allowing water from city water source to backflow thru pump into your fresh water tank.......overfilling it and it overflowed.
That is where your 'leak' has come from
The lack of water pressure....
That is because the internal check valve in the city water connection has jammed and is not allowing water in anymore....it did but now is stuck/failed.
Of course, IF the check valve is allowing water into the tank faster than it will come out of the overflow tube... well it has to go somewhere.
