outdoor rugs

Mine is the woven plastic like kind and 8'x20'. Loose dirt falls through. Harder dirt or mud from rain stays on like if we pack up campsite when it is wet. It folds up easily and came with a bag for storage. I sweep off during the camping trip as needed. That's it!

I love it so much under the awning that I bought another for extending from that one to the screen room/picnic table. We have a no shoe policy inside our TT. At the campsite we all wear easily slip on sandals, flip flops, etc and leave on the patio mat by the door. Bringing food out for meals for example means we can leave the shoes off from camper to table.

Many parks will not allow you to use patio mats because they kill the grass. We have one but rarely use it.

We had one for a couple of years.
Seemed to always rain when we used it. I was always putting it up wet and nasty... I finally sold it in a yard sale.

Some of my favorite campgrounds have concrete areas for the picnic table, I just park with my steps about 6" from the concrete.

there's a section in this forum down below for projects that people have done..one was storage for these rugs...it was pvc pipe ..large enough to hold them..bolted to frame..ingenious..

rv patio mats. I love ours cause of the poly material and dry time is short and clean up is a sweep or shake usually.
we have 3.

simple and easy to clean and store and I love them to the max.

I think you're on to something. Come to think of it, this whole "RV Thing" is a big pain in the can.

If you people really wanted to camp, you'd strip down to your skivvies, sharpen a stick, and walk off into the woods for a week.....otherwise, just stay at home!

We bought one of these for our trailer last year. Absolutely love it! We bought ours straight from cgear. Several sizes available. Easy to clean, packs up in a small size, water is gone is one quick shake, light weight, comes with tie downs.

I've seen most of the RV mats on the market and owned a few of them. A couple of years ago I came across a breathable one that the grass will grow through if left, sand falls through, light, easy to clean and dries very quickly. They are made in Saskatchewan Canada but I haven't seen them anywhere else even at Rv shows in Alberta. RV mat
