There's an unwritten rule of etiquette that you just shouldn't insult a man's equipment or his abilities (i.e. his tow vehicle, backing in, hooking up, etceteras). It's as bad as insulting his wife or something.
I imagine that your "Do you feel better now?" reply was your version of restraint and it probably wasn't even close to what you really wanted to say. Unfortunately, it was a little too short on substance to back up your side of the argument, so it got "moderated". It doesn't pay to argue.
Exactly. The guy that wrote it was trying to get at me and trying to insult me. Rather than come down to his level, I simply asked if he felt better. I think the mod took the easy route out and deleted my post, rather than take a stand that there is no need to bash any particular class of vehicle.
Then to get one more dig at me, he has to point out that I have had however many deleted posts. That's news to me. I only knew of the one. Well... I can imagine this one gets yanked too...
