refrigerator not working

theres a trouble shooting site on here start there.

do you have a link? looked but did not find it

Do you have the battery disconnect on, you need 12v to power the control board., check your fuses.

Do you have lights on the upper control panel?

Does the ON light come on?
Does the auto light come on?
Does the gas light come on with auto turned off?
Can you change temp setting(s) 1-5?

Check that you have 110V AC power to fridge
Check that you have 12V DC power to fridge
Check the two fuses on lower board (access from outside compartment).
One is for 110V AC heater (5A) and the other is for 12V DC Controls (3A)
Fridge is 'level'

Fridge is 7 yrs. old.......any powdery residue in outside compartment area?

yes to all, and NO powdery residue in outside compartment or any weird smells
regarding the fridge level, rv is parked on the street is not leveled but it isn't leaning too much either

Then it sounds like nothing is flowing in cooling unit.....plugged/blockage.

Gas lights, left on overnight and freezer isn't cooling down......(OR electric). When ON is the burner stack getting hot?
Nothing blocking air flow thru lower vent and out the top?

Burner working, electric working, controls working.......no cooling......bad cooling unit.

Don't know how non-level it is in the street but might try leveling rig and wait overnight.
Unfortunately......operating fridge off level causes blockage...a little at a time so the damage is accumulative.

stack does get hot and nothing blocking it. Is the cooling unit replaceable? what does it look like?

If the stack gets hot the unit may not be level enough. It has to reasonably level for it to work.

Absorption 'fridges are expensive, no doubt about it. And they do have to be level to operate. More than 3 degrees off level can kill one. "Pretty level" won't cut it, I'm sorry to say. Across an 8 foot rig, that's 5 inches high/low on one side, and I'm sorry to have to tell you this, but a lot of streets have crowns that big for drainage.
