Air/Con: No problem on a 50amp shore power.
Dry weight is irrelevant unless you plan to run with an empty unit which no one does. I'm not a fan of dual rear wheel trucks but at 19-20k lbs, I would want dual rear wheels.
Then again, if I'm reading this correctly, 5th wheels are capped at 18k assuming a best case set of options. (see footnote 3 on page 5) You didn't give us the full specs on your truck so it could be as little as 11.9k in a worst case scenario.
