We bought from them twice but then we live in OH only an hours drive away. No one would match their price and they did exactly as they said both times. Most RV issues are the responsibility of the manufacturer, I generally try to fix things myself but I did have an issue with an AC that they located a repair shop that did a lousy job on it but RVW did helped me get the shop to correct the problem. I was also career mil and had several RVs and other vehicles over the years and rarely could go back to the original dealer. There is a nice state park (Indian Lake)very close to RVW. You might want to spend a few days to check out the new RV. Also WPAFB is only an hours drive and has a decent Fam Camp and all the other military services. I would buy from them again and I think they have the best price.
