sleeping bag falls off cushions with no kid attached

Have major RVing problem:B Grandkids to like sleep in sleeping bags on the table that folds down into a bed. The sleeping bag material is real slick material and sometime throughout the night the sleeping bag lands on floor, if bag is used like a blanket with no kid in it. Just over them.

And its no fun to sleep in RV with bed sheets because that is just like the house. "Sleeping bag is only way to go" per grandkids.

OK, Any ideas how to solve this major RV problem? :@

Tell them that sleeping in the RV is too much like the house and bring a tent :B That's my plan for the future!!

Sew Velcro strips to kids pajamas and to sleeping bag, no matter how much kid tosses and turns both will stay together until disassembled next morning.

From what I understand what the OP was talking about was that the sleeping bag would slide off the top of them. The grand kids were not actually in the sleeping bags. I would make sure they are in the sleeping bags or laying on top with a different type of blanket on them. Or get sleeping bags made of something other than nylon.

OP here...Read all responses to Grandkids... we talked about each one.

Sampling of their questions: (entertainment purposes only) :B

They've never heard of some of the names people use (online), what school do they go to?

Did their parents name them those names?

Can we say "thank you" by waving at RV's we see?

But how would they know it is us that asked question?

If I use Velcro to hold myself in, will it hurt by morning?

How do I get up in middle of night to use bathroom if I'm strapped in?

OK...thanks

Have you considered letting then sleep (IN the sleeping bags) on the floor?

Our GS did that by choice until he got old enough to pull out the sofa-bed for himself.

We used to have that problem.
We solved it by getting rid of the slippery sleeping bags and getting quality canvas covered flannel lined bags.
Yes, they are pricey, and can be difficult to find. However, the better comfort was well worth the money!

Tell your grand kids the "only way to go" with a sleeping bag is to sleep in it while it is zipped up. Otherwise, it is just a blanket and they aren't really camping.

Maybe yours is different, but with mine, you are supposed to put the seat the seat cushions on the table top to use as a mattress. Of course you sink to the bottom, so we put an air mattress on top of the cushions.

If it moves and it is not supposed too use duct tape.

If it is suppose to move and it doesn't use WD-40.

Flannel fitted sheet on the bed, then sleeping bags on top.
