I'm an advance planner so my first camping trip I downloaded packing lists I found on the 'net and took about 5 days to set up leisurely and accurately.
Saved us from being the "Bickersons Go on Vacation";).
Having done this once every camping trip after was just a matter of replenishing the inventory of take-alongs and making an up to date camp food menu. .
