work and camping..
Do any of you camp while working? The reason I ask is this... I might be getting a job that is 3 hours from our home. with 12 hour shifts, I would get roughly 5-6 hours at home (basically sleeping) between shifts. Wife and I were thinking maybe we need to get a camper that I can live in while out at work and then head home when I have more than a day off. Anyone do that?
on another note... I figure I would need a 4 season camper to handle the Wyoming winters. From what all the salespeople are saying, there are no 4 season TTs unless you buy a winter-ize kit. I'd rather not do that. So is a 5th wheel my only option? Please enlighten me.
My truck will have no problem pulling anything except maybe the BIGGEST campers. No need for em either, since all I need is a place to live for 4-7 days at a crack. nothing special. My wife thinks we should get a Montana High Country so it'll take care of my living needs and the optional family camping that comes up. I'll get a 7 day vacation every month. wooot!
what say ya all EOEs???
thanks!
