Your first red flag would have been the word REPO, and the second, buying anything without seeing it first.
I'm going to go out on limb here and assume that 'somewhere' in that ad it stated AS IS.
AND you should report them to Ebay. They have a specific contact for bad vehicles/RV's/real estate sales. Ebay WILL ban these guys if everyone took the time to file the report.
