Don't blame the ACA. Blame the insurance companies and the pharmaceutical companies.
I am the benefits coordinator for my employer, and I've seen premiums rising at an increasing rate for at least twenty years. As long as the system is rigged so the hospital can charge you twenty dollars for a band-aid you'll have outrageous insurance costs.
