Hi, I am looking for a 4 wire to 4 Wire Flat Extension or maybe a 4 flat to 7 pin round lead to go between my toad (CR-V) and my Tiffin MH which will have a Hopkins custom Tail Light wiring kit HM 56...

Yes, you could remove the round connector and splice in a four flat.

That one had a round 4 pin so I found this on on Amazon, it's 8' and has the 4 pin flat.
