In all my years of driving around the midwest here, including some 2-lane roads, I've never actually seen any RV pull over for cars/trucks to pass. If I do ever see it happen, I honestly might think that they're just pulling over for some personal reasons, and I slowly pass them by and go about my business; because of the rarity of it happening, I doubt I'd think to wave "thank you." When pulling our HTT, I drive at least the speed limit on 2-lane roads as a courtesy to those behind me. Anyone who wants to break the speed limit can pass when the opportunity presents itself, and I'll let off the accelerator to let them pass. So it's not that most drivers are rude...Around here, you just don't know why someone is pulling over, so you mind your own business unless you see obvious distress and are a good samaritan...
