I currently have a ups store as my legal address for the last 10 years. now I am starting to get problems with my credit card companies about this not being a legal address. has anyone else had any problems like this ? if so what is the answer?

Interesting I use 3 different cards
    One credit
    One bank Debit
    one credit union debit

    No problems.
For security reasons I'll not name the banks.

Last Bank-of-America contact I had was an E-mail telling them of a e-mail they did not send me... "We are having issues accessing your Bank of america account Just click the link and give us your log in so we can clean it out for you."

(Ok so I translated it from what they said to what they really meant).

I can believe they were having problems accessing the account... You see. those three banks I did not name... NOT bank of america.
  • I had this issue with my mail service and Bank of America. Ultimately, I just gave them my in-law's address as my "physical" address and used my mailing service as my "mailing" address. Nothing was ever sent to their house.
  • Answer: one of the mail services designed for RVers (there are several). We are Escapees and use their mail service and other benefits. The domicile issue for the Escapees mail service has been tested in the courts and stood. We do all our banking and insurance with USAA with no issues at all. Last year we applied for TSA's Pre-Check using our Escapees address and had no issues with that, either. Most recently, we are buying a new RV and applied for a full-timers loan through Essex Credit (Bank of the West) and that was approved in a couple of days.
