Jim, I'm guessing you never worked there. Try that team work speech when everyone there is scrambling to hide or save tote carts, or someone is sitting down in an aisle with stuff spread out blocking the aisle and and thinks that's okay. Performance evals are based on your individual stats and goals. Yes, if someone is intentionally causing problems, they will hear about it. And yes, it's still an option for next year.
