It doesn't happen very often but it has so the answer is yes, we do hire full time if you are interested in a full time role. If it isn't at the fulfillment center where you are currently working, you may have to work as a temp first since Leathercrafter is correct that the way we hire most new hourly workers is to try them out through a temp service initially to see if the job is a fit.
