Just wait.
Maybe they can reverse the damage done with their "tax relief" that happened a year ago. I'll give up the pittance if the rich return the trillion.
Funny how the $1.5 trillion given to the richest individuals and corporations meant the economy was going to ZOOM!
Now, give $2trillion to the other 99% and we are bankrupting the economy for generations to come.

That doesn't count small business owners like me (I'm the only worker in the business and I'm at a standstill) who filed for an SBA PPP loan instead of unemployment. However, the SBA ran out of money and I don't know if I'll get the loan. Not sure if it's even possible to back-date an unemployment claim to mid-March when my business was idled. And I still must wait to see what the lender can do for me. I bet there are many other little businesses and contractors who are in the same situation. But we aren't officially unemployed... yet.

It also worries me the effect this will have on future business creation (which means job creation, too). This may be the new normal. A new virus comes along and people think we need to shut down society until they get it under control. I've been alive for 50 years and I've never seen society shut down like this before. It's crazy. Do we do this every time there's a new virus?
So if I'm thinking of starting a new business I have a new worry. Even if my business is a success society may shut me down because they are afraid of the virus of the month. Will people keep creating new businesses with that new risk hanging over their heads?

Like taking the express elevator to the top of a ten story bldg. and then having to walk down a ramp with a 1-12 pitch to get back to the ground floor.

Good news it's April and the virus should be forgotten about.
