Florida does not title trailers under 2000 pounds. That's pretty unlikely for a 19' travel trailer, I realize. Other states have varying laws about titling, particularly with relation to trailers (but also for motor vehicles)--many or all of the New England states don't generally title vehicles over about 16 or 18 years old, for instance.
