Are vibration Isolators needed on 5th Wheel Hitch ?

I'm trying to decide on what hitch to get. Does anyone have any experience with this hitch - Reese R20 5th Wheel Hitch p/n 30867 - R20? I'm drawn to this hitch because it has vibration isolator...

I have the TrailAire air ride extended kingpin and it is a great product. I would get a B&W hitch it does have large rubber isolation pads the head rides on. When you remove the B&W your bed has no rails left in it.

Top quality US Made hitch.
