Are vibration Isolators needed on 5th Wheel Hitch ?

I'm trying to decide on what hitch to get.

Does anyone have any experience with this hitch - Reese R20 5th Wheel Hitch p/n 30867 - R20?
I'm drawn to this hitch because it has vibration isolator system that I thought would help in the ride. Am I right, or not?

I have a 36 CKTS on order with TrailAir and have a 2012 Ram 3500 Long bed,DRW, CC, Diesel.

Thanks for your input !

I have the TrailAire air ride extended kingpin and it is a great product. I would get a B&W hitch it does have large rubber isolation pads the head rides on. When you remove the B&W your bed has no rails left in it.

Top quality US Made hitch.

The TrailAir should take care of any hitch related issues. You shouldn't need additional vibration dampening on the hitch in the truck.
