Banks Smartlock Tranns Brake

I had the above subject item in stalled some years back by Gale Banks in San Dimas, Ca. Yesterday while looking under my truck I seen a wrapped wire hanging down that was not connected to anything, I traced the wires back to the Banks Smartlock Trans Brake module, located left side of the floor board on driver side. The wire has a round Female end connection with two pin holes. If anyone has this system installed in their truck and you inform me where this is suppose to connect to? I looked very well and cant where its suppose to connect to. I am not sure if Bans ever plugged it in at all. I appreciate any and all help.
