Battery-ion, Solar, NO Generator needed "Xantrex"
I did a search in this forum and found nothing on this post about a new charging system. Before I start let me tell you what you already know about lead-acid Battery and the need for a Generator. So boondocking will last about three days. Something New is coming or should I say has arrived in the RV World. Coachmen Class B was the first place I learned about Xantrex Battery-ion and NO Need for a Generator and boondocking for a week or longer.
Some motorhomes to check out are Coachmen, Class B, Galleria, look for Xantex and the other I found was Winnebago Class B Travato, look for Pure3 Energy Management System.
What is very cool about all of this is learning about the inverters. A recharge for Battery to full power takes a while from dead to 100 %. On a battery-ion about two hours to full power, needing only an extra alternator no-generator needed. Check out YOUTUBE.com on Battery-ion and both systems and I think you will be impressed. Solar you may need 2 - 3- 100W Solars. As I am new and still reading and learning also lots of information can be found on the Coachmen website look for Xantrex inverter. Let me know what you know. Someone did say you can retrofit but I know nothing about that. Winnebago is showing the 2018 Class B, Travito is showing a Starting price at $108,763. As for the Coachmen Class B, Galleria Li3, "Coachmen Class B Galleria Li3" in Model 24T in Tampa look through photos showing a today price starting at Sale Price: $129,330 So this is what I found and I will review that I got to all the posted questions. I'm not a salesperson just an interested buyer.
